• View Real-Time Membership Statistics. You no longer need to count forms or make manual calculations. At anytime, you can view the following Statistical Reports:
  • Executive Summary Report (Membership Breakdown& Income, and Payment Methods)
  • Monthly Membership Report (Total number of members by month with amount of PTA fees dues calculated.)
• View Online PTA Member Listing Reports. In just a click, you can see a listing of parents or faculty who have joined the PTA, who paid online, paid by cash/check or have not paid.
• Utilize Online Listing Reports of Non-Members. In an instant, you can see a listing of non-members for a follow-up targeting membership campaign.
• Print Out Directory Distribution Lists. If you only provide a directory to paid PTA Members, you will need distribution lists. You can download and print the following lists in Microsoft Excel format.

• Non-Resident Parents (mailing information)
• Faculty PTA Members
• Download Sample letters and Recipient Lists to create personalized announcement and membership reminder letters. (Microsoft Word and Excel required.)
