The cost for PTASECURE is just $40 a month for hosting plus a one-time setup fee of $150.

Here are the details:

Hosting Cost: $40/month
Up to 1,000 users. One year minimum paid in advance (For over 1,000 users, please contact us for a quote.)

Domain Name Redirect
We will host your current domain name and redirect users to your secure site on ptasecure.com. For example, a user enters "yourpta.com" and is immediately brought to: https://www.ptasecure.com/yourpta.

Secure Access Database
Information is stored and saved in a secure Microsoft Access database.

PayPal Interface
We will setup an Instant Payment Notification interface that will automatically record PayPal payments to your database. (Paypal account required.)

Personalized template with your PTA name, logo, colors and details.
We will customize your website so that every page has your unique details and look.

Initial Setup Cost: $150 (one time fee)
We will import your existing list, setup usernames and passwords and assign appropriate access levels. Your list must be in one of the following formats: Microsoft Excel Workbook, CSV (Comma Separated Values), or Text (Tab-delimitated). Please allow up to 2 weeks for this service.

OPTIONS:

SSL Certificate (contact us for a quote)
128-bit encryption to ensure personal data is protected.

Email Setup with Constant Contact: $75 (one time fee)
We will setup your FREE account with Constant Contact, create a customized email template and import your existing contact list.

Additional customization: $50/hr
